At Starlight Distillery, every single barrel tells its own story. Starlight’s Single Barrel Bourbons represent the purest expression of our distillery’s craftsmanship. Each barrel is carefully selected by our distilling team from our estate rickhouses and bottled individually to showcase the unique character developed through time, grain, oak, and climate. Distilled using our traditional sweet mash process and copper pot stills, these bourbons begin with our signature blend of two house mash bills and are aged on the Huber family farm — a seventh-generation estate established in 1843. Every barrel matures differently, creating a one-of-a-kind whiskey experience that reflects both the barrel and the season in which it was selected. Bottled at cask strength, uncut and non-chill filtered. Starlight’s Single Barrel Bourbon delivers whiskey exactly as our distillers experience it straight from the barrel.
