
Single Barrel Carl T. Bourbon Whiskey
Proof varies by selection. Our Carl T. Single Barrel Bourbons begins with our 3-grain and 4-grain mash bills (100% sweet mash fermentation) and distilled in our copper pot stills, these straight bourbon whiskeys are then aged for a minimum of 4 years in the Huber’s Rickhouses located on the grounds of the 7th generation Huber estate, established in 1843 and are hand elected by our Master Distillers. They’re always uncut, and straight from the barrel without any filtration. The nose, taste, and finish are unique to that single barrel making each release one-of-a-kind. At cask strength, you can truly experience Starlight bourbons at its essence the same way our Master Distillers do when they sample straight from the barrel.

Rickhouse Cider
Ingredients
3 ounces Huber Apple Cider
2 ounces ginger ale
Apple and/or cinnamon stick for garnish
Instructions
Fill shaker with ice. Add rye and apple cider. Shake for 15 seconds and then strain into a glass over ice. Top off with ginger ale.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick and/or apple slice.
