Fizzy Melon Refresher
Ingredients
1.5 ounces Starlight Distillery Simon’s 1794 Gin
3/4 ounce freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
4 slices of cantaloupe
5-7 mint leaves
Soda water
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Add mint leaves, cantaloupe slices, lime, simple syrup, and pinch of salt to bottom of shaker tin. Muddle lightly until cantaloupe is broken up and mint is fragrant. Add gin and shake vigorously for 5-8 seconds. Double strain into chilled highball glass over fresh ice. Top with soda and fresh mint bouquet.
