Starlight 75
Ingredients
1.5 ounces Starlight Distillery Simon’s 1794 Barrel Finished Gin
3/4 ounce Bianco vermouth
1/4 ounce Creme de Violette
Champagne
Instructions
Add all ingredients except for champagne into a mixing glass and add ice three quarters of the way to the top. Stir for 10-15 seconds or until the ice feels loose. Add about two ounces of champagne to a chilled couple and strain rest of cocktail from mixing glass over champagne. Garnish with a thin lemon peel.
