Ingredients
4 lime wedges
5 fresh sage leaves
Tonic water
Instructions
In a chilled highball glass, lightly muddle sage leaves with quarter limes. Add Starlight Simons 1794 Gin, ice, and give a light swizzle. Top with tonic water and a sage sprig.
