Grappa

Starlight Distillery’s Grappa is made from our finest estate-grown Grapes. We keep to old-world tradition by distilling the pomace (a blend of grape skins, seeds, and stems) leftover from our wine-making process. This adds rich structure and floral complexity to compliment the bold fruit bursting out of each glass. This Grappa is a fine addition to any liquor collection. An easy sipper neat or on the rocks. Balanced, lending itself to an extraordinary craft cocktail.
