- Must have government-issued photo ID available upon check-in. No photocopies or phone screenshots are allowed. This is STRICTLY ENFORCED.
- Please refrain from alcohol consumption prior to your scheduled time. It is at our discretion to refuse service to any guest who appears or acknowledges to be intoxicated.

Frequently Asked Questions
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your reservation. All experiences will begin promptly at the scheduled time and due to high demand, your scheduled event will not be extended beyond your reserved time.
Reservations may be canceled with a full refund up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations 24 hours in advance are subject to partial refund. Same day cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
