The Orchard Mule
Ingredients
3/4 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
4 fresh peach slices
Ginger beer
Instructions
Add four fresh cut slices of peach to the bottom of a shaker tin with simple syrup and muddle until peach is crushed up. Add Starlight Old Rickhouse Rye and lime and add ice. Shake vigorously for 5-8 seconds. Pour about 2 ounces of ginger beer into shaker and then strain into a rocks glass over fresh rocks. Garnish with a fresh slice of peach and a piece of candied ginger.
